Een inspirerende en praktijkgerichte lezing!<\/p>\n<p>Dit artikel gaat in op de aandachtspunten die zij de zaal meegaf voor wat betreft de noodzaak en het nut van het uitvoeren van hematologie in spoedsituaties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1549023253808_137\">Wanneer is het uitvoeren van hematologie ge\u00efndiceerd?<\/h2>\n<p>Het is verstandig om hematologische diagnostiek uit te voeren bij pati\u00ebnten met anemie, bij dieren die worden aangeboden met spontane bloedingen en bij een verdenking op inflammatoire en\/of infectieuze aandoeningen, bijvoorbeeld sepsis. Feitelijk kan hematologie bij alle spoedgevallen worden uitgevoerd en daarmee veel informatie leveren over de conditie van de pati\u00ebnt.
